Eligibility

Within 30 days of purchase

Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date. After that window, no refunds can be issued.

Complete all lessons in your track

You must finish every lesson in the strategy you purchased. For Unlimited, at least 30 lessons across paid tracks. No skipping to the end.

Submit a real deal attempt

You must submit proof of at least one genuine attempt — a submitted offer, signed LOI, or contract. The deal doesn't have to close. It just has to be real.

Deal Verification

What counts as a "real deal attempt"

When you submit a deal for refund eligibility, you'll need to provide basic info about the property and evidence that you actually tried. Here's what we accept as proof:

Acceptable proof of effort:

  • Screenshot of a written offer submitted to a seller or agent
  • Signed Letter of Intent (LOI) or purchase contract
  • Screenshot of communication with a seller or agent about a specific property
  • Proof of earnest money deposit or escrow opening
  • Written wholesale assignment agreement
  • Any documentation showing a genuine attempt to close a deal

All deal submissions tied to a refund request are flagged for manual review. We verify it's a genuine attempt — not fabricated paperwork. This usually takes 1-2 business days.

Option C — Tier Credit

Didn't complete the full program yet?

If you haven't finished all the required lessons or haven't submitted a deal yet, you don't qualify for a full refund — but you're not stuck either. We offer a tier upgrade credit instead of a hard "no."

Your original purchase is applied as credit toward the next tier. You pay the difference. This keeps you moving forward — and keeps your momentum from dying on a refund form.

Process

How to request a refund

The cleanest path is through your student dashboard. Log in, check your eligibility status, and follow the prompts.

  1. Log into your dashboard at closercircle.polsia.app/my-path
  2. Scroll to the "Money-Back Guarantee" section
  3. If you haven't yet, submit your deal proof
  4. Once all requirements are met, click "Request Refund"
  5. We'll review within 2-3 business days and process your refund or reach out with any questions

Does my deal have to close to qualify?
No. You just have to have made a genuine attempt — a real offer on a real property. We're looking for proof that you applied the strategies, not proof that they worked perfectly on the first try.
What if I can't find a deal in 30 days?
That's why we have the tier credit option. If you're still early in the process and haven't submitted a deal yet, we'd rather give you access to more tools than leave you with nothing. Talk to us.
I purchased the Unlimited tier. Do I need to complete ALL tracks?
No — for Unlimited, we require at least 30 lessons completed across the paid strategy tracks (not including Foundations). That's roughly 3-4 full tracks. We're checking that you engaged seriously with the material, not that you speed-ran everything.
How long does the refund take once approved?
Once approved, Stripe typically processes the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. We'll notify you by email when it's processed.
Can I get a refund on the IBC tier?
Yes, the same guarantee applies. Within 30 days, completed the required coursework, submitted a real deal attempt. If all three are met, you're eligible for a full refund.
What if my deal proof gets rejected?
We'll tell you why and what we'd accept instead. If your proof was flagged as incomplete or fabricated, we won't process a refund — but we'll always tell you exactly what's missing and give you a chance to provide valid documentation.
