📜 Terms of Service

Plain-English
Terms of Service.

The rules of the road for using CloserCircle. We wrote these in language humans actually read — no walls of legalese designed to confuse you.

The short version: You're paying us for educational courses, mentorship tools, and AI coaching. We deliver what we promise. You use the platform lawfully, pay on time, and don't steal our content. If something goes wrong, we'll talk about it like adults. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee on courses — see /refund-policy for the full terms.

By using CloserCircle, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CloserCircle (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), operated at closercircle.polsia.app and any subdomain we operate. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that:

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Account registration, mentor sign-in, and dashboard access.

CloserCircle has three entry points that produce an account on our platform:

Student account (email signup)

When you sign up with email through the AI Mentor or Student Dashboard, an account is created for you. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@closercircle.polsia.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Mentor / Dashboard account

The Mentor page lets you sign in to access the AI Investment Strategy Assessment and personalized coaching tools. Same rules apply — protect your login, give us accurate information during intake, and don't share access.

Order-linked access

When you purchase a course, your access is keyed to the email address on the order. If you bought a course using a different email than the one you use to sign in, contact support and we'll merge them.

Account accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and checkout. We use the contact information on your account and on your order to send important notices — refund eligibility, deal review status, and policy updates. If your email bounces or your phone stops working, we can't reach you about your refund window.

What you get when you buy.

CloserCircle sells educational courses on real estate investment strategies. Course access is sold in three tiers:

Tier Price What You Get
Single Strategy $97 $194 (50% off) One full strategy track (wholesaling, fix-and-flip, creative finance, BRRRR, etc.). All lessons, templates, downloads.
Unlimited All Strategies $297 $594 (50% off) Every paid strategy track plus ongoing updates. Closest thing to a "vault pass."
IBC Wealth Tier $500 $1000 (50% off) Unlimited courses plus the Infinite Banking / wealth-building curriculum and live group sessions.

Lifetime vs. subscription access

Single Strategy and Unlimited purchases grant lifetime access to the course materials as they exist at the time of purchase and any updates we publish to that tier going forward at no additional cost. The IBC Wealth Tier may include live, cohort-based components with a defined session calendar — see your dashboard for current session dates.

What's not included

Course access covers lessons, templates, and written materials. It does not include personalized one-on-one coaching unless explicitly added at checkout, capital for deals, financial advice, or any form of professional licensure.

How we charge you.

CloserCircle accepts payment by major credit and debit card. Card payments are processed through the Polsia platform's payment stack, which integrates with Stripe under the hood. We do not see, store, or transmit your full card number, CVV, or expiration date at any point. Your payment information is handled entirely by our certified payment processor, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

One-time purchases

Single Strategy, Unlimited, and IBC Wealth Tier purchases are one-time charges. You're billed once at checkout and the charge appears on your statement from our payment processor. No recurring fees, no surprise renewals.

Failed payments

If a payment fails at checkout (insufficient funds, expired card, bank decline), the transaction is rolled back and no access is granted. You can retry with another payment method. We never store a failed payment attempt.

Currency and taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT, GST, or other transaction taxes are calculated and collected at checkout as required by your jurisdiction. The amount charged to your card is the amount displayed at checkout including any applicable tax.

Promotional pricing

Promotional pricing (50% off, launch discounts, partner discounts) is honored for the order at the price displayed at checkout. We may run new promotions in the future at different prices; your existing purchase is unaffected.

Our results-based guarantee, in brief.

Every course we sell is backed by the 30-day results-based money-back guarantee. Here's the summary; see the full policy at /refund-policy.

Refund eligibility requires all three:
  1. Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  2. You've completed all lessons in your purchased track (or at least 30 lessons across paid tracks for Unlimited).
  3. You've submitted proof of at least one genuine deal attempt — a submitted offer, signed LOI, or executed contract.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your card issuer. We notify you by email when the refund has been sent.

An optional, separate service — read this carefully.

In addition to courses, CloserCircle offers an optional deal-funding partnership intake service. This service is separate from course purchases and is governed by additional terms in this section. By submitting a deal for funding partnership, you agree to these additional terms in addition to the rest of this document.

What the service is

If you have a real estate deal that needs capital — wholesale assignments, fix-and-flips, BRRRR acquisitions, or other structured real estate transactions — you can submit the deal to our platform. If approved, our network of capital partners may fund the deal, and we facilitate the partnership terms. CloserCircle's role is as a facilitator and introducer only. We are not a lender, not a broker-dealer, not a money transmitter, and not a capital provider ourselves.

Intake range and fees

The funding partnership service accepts deals with a requested capital range of $250,000 to $1,000,000. Deals in this range are reviewed by our partner network. Submissions outside this range are not currently supported through this intake. A refundable deposit is collected at submission to cover administrative review; the deposit is fully refundable if your deal is not matched with a capital partner.

What CloserCircle does not do

This is not a loan product. CloserCircle does not extend credit, set interest rates, or take security interests in your property. Any actual funding that occurs is between you and a third-party capital partner from our network, under terms that they set and document independently. We are paid an introducer fee for matches that close; we do not take equity in your deal.

Deal accuracy and review

By submitting a deal, you represent that the information you provide (property address and details, your role in the transaction, requested capital amount, purchase contract status, and supporting documents) is accurate and not misrepresented. Deal submissions flagged for the refund-eligibility process described in /refund-policy are reviewed manually; we verify the deal is real and the submission is genuine.

No guarantee of funding

Submitting a deal does not guarantee that it will be funded, matched, or approved. Capital partner decisions are made by those partners on their own underwriting criteria. CloserCircle disclaims any expectation of funding outcomes.

Who owns what.

Our content

All courses, lessons, videos, templates, downloads, written materials, audio, graphics, and the underlying structure of the Service are owned by CloserCircle or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use those materials for your personal investment education only.

You may not:

If you're a coach, mentor, educator, or content creator and you'd like to reference our material, contact us — we have a partner program.

Your content

You retain ownership of anything you submit, post, or upload — assessment answers, deal submissions, testimonials, profile information, and any documents you upload to the platform. By submitting content, you grant CloserCircle a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service (e.g., to display your testimonial on the site, to evaluate your deal submission, to generate your personalized AI assessment). This license terminates when you delete your account, except for content you've chosen to share publicly (e.g., a published testimonial), which may remain visible in archives.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about how to improve the Service, we can use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

What you agree not to do.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Enforcement: We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Refund eligibility may be revoked in cases of fabricated deal submissions. We cooperate with law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud.

Important — read this section.

CloserCircle provides educational content. The courses, the AI Mentor, the Investment Strategy Assessment, the deal-funding partnership service, and all related communications are educational and informational only.

We are not:

You are responsible for verifying any strategy, structure, or document with appropriately licensed professionals in your jurisdiction before acting on it. Real estate law, securities regulation, and tax treatment vary by state, country, and individual circumstance. What works for one investor in one market may not work for you.

Past results, deal examples, and student outcomes discussed in our courses are illustrative. They are not promises that you will achieve similar outcomes.

Allocating risk fairly.

No warranties. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is accurate for your specific situation.

Cap on liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

No consequential damages. In no event shall CloserCircle, its founders, instructors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost deals, lost savings, lost business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CloserCircle harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Where and how disputes are resolved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to the Service or these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Talk to us first. Email support@closercircle.polsia.app with a description of your issue. Most disputes are resolved this way, quickly, without escalation.
  2. Informal resolution window. If informal resolution doesn't work, either party may then initiate formal proceedings after a 30-day informal negotiation period from the date of the dispute notice.
  3. Forum. Any formal legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
  4. Class-action waiver. You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action against us.

If we update these Terms, you'll know.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, our business, or applicable law. When we make material changes:

Non-material changes (typo fixes, clarifications, formatting) become effective immediately on posting.

Quick answers to what people actually ask.

Can I share my account with a friend or business partner?
No. Accounts are single-user. Sharing login credentials violates these Terms and may result in suspension. If you have a partner who needs access, they should purchase their own tier.
Can I download the course videos?
Some downloadable materials (templates, scripts, spreadsheets) are intentionally provided for offline use. Streaming video lessons are not downloadable — they're for in-platform viewing only.
What happens to my access if the company shuts down?
If CloserCircle ceases operation, we'll provide advance notice by email and, where commercially reasonable, a final download window for materials you've purchased. Lifetime access is contingent on the Service continuing to exist.
Is the deal-funding service a loan?
No. CloserCircle does not lend money. We facilitate introductions between you and our network of independent capital partners. Terms of any actual funding — rate, fees, security — are set by those partners and documented in their own agreements with you.
What if I live outside the United States?
The Service is available globally, but course content and the deal-funding program are primarily US-focused. Some strategies (wholesaling, BRRRR, IBC) have US-specific legal and tax implications. You're responsible for determining whether a strategy is legal in your jurisdiction before pursuing it.
Can I cancel a recurring charge?
There are no recurring charges on our standard course tiers. If you opt into a future subscription product (e.g., an ongoing coaching subscription), you can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period.
